What You Get!
One hour of personal training with me! Includes weight/ measurement tracking, routine creation and basic stretching as needed. In the first session, we will assess your endurance and create a basic workout to build your foundation. These will mostly feature simple, cardio based exercises that can be done with or without weights.This includes a workout creation to get you started! The routine created will target the specific areas you wish to work on.
If needed, a copy of the routine can be provided for you to continue solo. If you choose this route, I recommend seeing me for 2-3 sessions to ensure your form is correct, then at least every 2-3 months to increase and alter your routine. This will ensure you continue seeing results as you progress.
Follow up sessions include accountability and motivation to work out weekly, as well as modifications to the initial workout and the addition of new exercises. For those who want a trainer each day, we continue with your basic routine while slowly adding more intensity each week. If you want to start focusing on a new area or see an exercise you want to try, this is where we can work on it.
Regardless of your choice, I recommend starting with one day a week when beginning to work out. I believe it's best to put this day on your day off in the beginning. This will ensure you have the energy to get started and more importantly, follow through weekly. Work is the easiest excuse, so remove it. After about a month or two, increase to 2 days a week.
